Getting back in the seat recently, at Whilton Mill Karting Track in Daventry, Macie has stepped up into the senior category for Karting. This is to ensure Macie continues to keep track fit and competitive on the circuit. Macie’s dream is to ultimately race in single seaters, but as we all know this is a costly sport. Macie’s parents have personally funded her karting years since the age of 8, but the next step is not something they can fund. Macie is now seeking partnerships for her next pathway. There are more opportunities for women now, and this will continue to grow now that Susie Wolff has been appointed the Managing Director for the F1 Academy. The F1 Academy will give women the global stage to show off their talents under the F1 umbrella. With More than Equal in the running to find the first female F1 Champion, which is headed up by Thirteen time Grand Prix winner David Coultard , Karel Komarek Businessman entrepreneur and philanthropist, and Alison Donnelly previously Executive Director at Sports England, with their expert team and research this will open up many doors to help females in Motorsports, and all other sports globally. To be part of this, we need you to believe and sponsor . Together this could be an amazing journey. Get in touch.
